In this document, it will outline and explain each of the Actions relating to a User Account. Please see below options which are available. You can find them to the right of the User Record under "ACTIONS"
1. Login As User
This allows a Global Admin user to Login as User. This function is to test Users' access to the Platform and should only be used for testing and permission checks only.
2. Send User Login Link
This sends the User the "magic_link" trigger notification which allows them to Login to the Platform without a Password. For more information around Trigger Notifications, click here
3. View User
This navigates to the Admin view of a User's profile. On this page, you can see information such as: Trigger Emails Sent to this User, Registration linked to this User Account (Event Specific Only), Notes about this User and high level video viewing on the Platform.
4. Edit User Permissions
Change the permission grants to that specific User Account. This should only be used by Super Admin Users.
5. Make User A Speaker
If you click this icon, this will promote this User Profile to be a Speaker Profile across the Event Platform.
6. Reset Password
This allows Admin Users to reset a User's password to the login to the Platform.
7. Resend Password Reset Instructions
This send the Trigger Notification of reset_password_instructions(when enabled). For more information around Trigger Notifications, click here
8. Resend Welcome Email
This send the Trigger Notification of user_import_mailer (when enabled). For more information around Trigger Notifications, click here
9. Edit User
This allows Admin Users to update a User Account details.
10. Download QR code image
This generates a QR which is unique to that specific User Account. These can be used for XYZ reason.
11. Show Password Token
This token is to be provided to Users to login to the Joyn Event App. Each time this button is clicked, it generates a new token.
