View the Attendee List & Create a New Meeting with both Sponsors, Exhibitors or Delegates.
How do I view the Event Attendee List?
On your Event Platform, there will be a menu icon which will you direct to the attendee list.
Here are some examples of suggested titles/labels for the button:
- Attendees
- Attendee List
- Delegates
- Connect Now
- Connect
Once you navigate to this page, you will see a page similar to the below:

From here, you can either commence a new private chat, or book a meeting. Please refer to the below for instructions on how to commence a new chat. For information around chats, please refer to: How To: Private Chat & Attendee List
How to make a New Sponsor or Exhibitor Meeting Booking?
- Navigate to the booth/profile of the Sponsor or Exhibitor of your choice, and click Book a Meeting
- This will then bring you to the below page. From here, you can complete the below details:
- Meeting Name
- Description
- Type
- If relevant, click the type of meeting, either catch up or brainstorming session.
- Once you have completed these, you can then click NEXT
- From here, you can now choose the Users you with to meet with who are associated to that Sponsor or Exhibitor Booth. Once you have chosen your users, then click NEXT at the bottom of the page.
- Select the Date and Time for the meeting, then click Confirm which is on the left hand side under the date and time. If you are planning a face to face meeting, you will me prompted to enter a meeting location.
- You may get a confirmation page like the below. You should also receive a confirmation email (if enabled)

How to make a Delegate to Delegate Meeting Booking?
- Navigate to the "My Network" page which will look similar to the below.

- Delegates
- Connect Now
- Connect
- Search the User you wish to connect with via the Search bar. Once you have located your User, click "Book a Meeting" which will then open the below page. From here, you can complete the below details:
- Meeting Name
- Description
- Type
- Once you have completed these, you can then click NEXT
- From here, you will need to click "Meet With <Insert Users Name>" and then click NEXT
- Select the Date and Time for the meeting, then click Confirm which is on the left hand side under the date and time.
- You may get a confirmation page like the below. You should also receive a confirmation email (if enabled)

How to make a Delegate to Delegate Meeting Booking with more than one Delegate?
- Click your initials on the top right corner of your page, then click My Dashboard
- Navigate to My Meetings via the black menu on the left-hand side.
- Click the Create Meeting button in the top right corner
- This will then bring you to the below page. From here, you can complete the below details:
- Meeting Name
- Description
- Type
- Once completed the Meeting details, please click NEXT which will bring you to the page where you can now select your Users you wish to meet with.
- Once you have selected the people you would like to meet with (you can select a maximum of 15 people), click Next.
- Select the Date and Time for the meeting, then click Confirm which is on the left hand side under the date and time.
- You may get a confirmation page like the below. You should also receive a confirmation email (if enabled)

Manage and Attend your Meetings
From the My Meetings page within your Dashboard, you can view, manage and Join your upcoming meetings at the appropriate time.
Once in the Meeting, you can choose to join with Audio and/or Video (pending your browser Microphone and Camera permissions). You can also Chat, and Share your Screen. Please ensure you are allowing this when you are presented with the below page.
Once you have entered the room, it will look something like this:
