Enable Private Chat, Meetings & Attendee List for your Platform.
Pre-requisites
- Create Tenant
- Create an Event
- Registration Enabled & Setup Complete

Attendee List
- Event Features
- Enabled
- Enabled
After the above features are enabled, you will then need to create a new menu icon for Attendees to view all Users within the platform with the URL slug of: /users/connect. For information around how to create these, please refer to this document: How To: Menus
Private Chat
Please ensure the below is enabled/setup for this feature:
- Event Feature
- Enabled
- Billing Options (Event Setup, only Joyn staff are able to enable this)
- Private Chat
- Enabled
- Private Chat
Once these 2 features are enabled, a new menu icon will appear in the top right of your platform. There is no need to create a menu Icon as this generates itself. The URL for this function is: /chat.
Meetings
- Event Features
- Enabled
- Enabled
- Billing Options (Event Setup, only Joyn staff are able to enable this)
- Video Meetings
- Enabled
- Video Meetings
After the above features are enabled, you will then need to create a new menu icon for Attendees to view all Users within the platform which they use to search/choose who they are wanting to request a meeting with, the URL slug of: /users/connect. For information around how to create these, please refer to this document: How To: Menus
Outcome
Once features are enabled for each of these functions of the Platform, Users will be able to network within the platform.
