Overview
Our platform enables you to report on many of the features that were implemented during your event with accurate insights and analytics.
Each time a user takes an action or views a session or talk on the platform, it’s automatically tracked. The data collected can then be exported to either a CSV or PDF format, making it easy to see exactly what worked and what may need improvement for your next event.
From live streams and networking sessions to sponsored ads and virtual exhibitor booths, it’s important to know which event features your attendees engaged with, for how long and in what way.

Instructions
Access Reports
- Within the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to 'Reports via the black navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.
- You will now be on the Reporting Dashboard. You can tell you're in the right place via the URL (URL slug will have changed from /dashboard to /reports), and the Page Header (Page Header will have changed from JOYN CONNECT ADMIN TOOLS to JOYN CONNECT REPORTS).
Pull Reports
- Scroll down the black navigational bar on the left-hand side to the Report you would like to pull.
- Select any relevant filters from the drop-down lists, and then click 'Search'.
- Change 'Show 50 rows' to 'Show all'.
- Then select 'CSV' or 'PDF' to pull a copy of the Report.
- Your Report will download.
