Helpdesk is an instant Chat function which is available on all of the Joyn Platforms. 

How Does Helpdesk Work?

When this function is enabled, a support chat bubble will show on the bottom right of the Event Platform. The colour of this bubble is generated from the secondary colour which is setup in your Event. 
The bubble looks like the below:

Delegates click the chat Icon, and the chat box will now open. Users are able to commence a chat by typing into this chat box. The Joyn Support Concierge Team will then receive a notification and proceed to assist the User with their enquiry with the outcome to solve their issue. 



  • Option to add in an Attachment to their chat with the Concierge Team.
  • Enter their Contact Details to better assist the Concierge Team.
